The Sorcerers Apprentice

I apologize for only having one page last week, between a cold and some last minute printing stuff, I wasn’t able to update twice. This weekend is Nan Desu Kan, or NDK, the premiere anime convention of Colorado. I’ll be in the Artist Alley selling prints and volumes of Sorcerer’s Apprentice. If you stopped by last year please stop by again and say ‘hi’. I love hearing from people that buy my work and I always have new stuff at every con I do.

If you can’t make it or don’t live in the Colorado area, you can always buy copies of Sorcerer’s Apprentice from Indy Planet. Copies are available for sale all the time and never go out of stock.

Since I’ll be at NDK this weekend that means no updates next week. Between con fatigue and the fact that I do my drawing on weekends, I simply won’t have the ability to prepare new updates. But rest assured! New pages will go up the week after, no problem.

Hey SA fans, this week marks the end of chapter 12 and the beginning of chapter 13, the first new chapter since the end of Sorcerer’s Apprentice Volume 2. If you haven’t picked up your copy yet, get it from Indy Planet. The series will continue at the current update schedule, with new pages every Tuesday and Friday (yes, I know today is Monday but I had to come in early). If sales of Sorcerer’s Apprentice Volumes 1 and 2 improve, then we can go back to the old 3-day-a-week schedule. Don’t forget, the best advertisement for a web comic is word of mouth. So even if you can’t afford or are simply unable to (I know, international shipping is a pain) get the books yourself, tell your friends! Talk about how awesome Sorcerer’s Apprentice is. Talk about how much you love the characters. The more people read, the more money I get from ads, the less I need to rely on other forms of income and the more I can focus on delivering new pages.
