Mwahaha…I’m stretching out this reveal yet again, but don’t start sharpening those pitchforks just yet. Hand to heart, you guys will learn who the werewolf is next week. While you guys are humming with anticipation I actually just submitted issue 4 to Comixology so expect it to go on sale either later this week or early next week. I usually don’t get a chance to finish the issues ahead of time because generally I scramble to get the pages done just before they are set to be posted. Procrastination is an artist’s bread and butter. But because these past few pages have been relatively simple (three panels or less each), I was able to squeeze them out fairly quickly. At least the drawing and inking stuff. Coloring is always a time sink, which is why Midnight Menagerie only updates once a week versus my other series. This gives me the next few weekends to be free and catch up on other stuff, which is a nice change of pace.
Hey Gang! We’re back to our normal Tuesday updates for a while since one of the big issues in my life has been put on hold for a bit. Chapter 4 is nearly over with a big reveal just around the corner. I’m stretching it out a tiny bit to make the reveal more suspenseful, so you guys are just going to have to suffer a bit longer. I actually have the majority of the chapter drawn and inked out now, so I just might actually have to Comixology issue out before the update schedule gets to the end, meaning it’s very possible that if you pay for the issue you’ll find out who the werewolf is before anyone else does.
Hi gang. I know this is the like the third week that the page has shown up on Fridays instead of Tuesdays. I haven’t changed the update schedule, I’ve merely been trapped in the house all week because no one shovels their walks and I walk with a cane. People really suck sometimes. There will be one more week of update weirdness because I have something very important to deal with this upcoming Tuesday and I’m not sure how it will affect my schedule after that. Best case scenario the update will just be pushed to Friday again and then everything goes back to normal after that (let’s just chalk it up to the holidays.) Worst case scenario…well, let’s just all hope that there is no worst case scenario.
