Hey folks, I know it’s been a while since I’ve updated so I’ll give you the skinny.
There is still no official release date for Sorcerer’s Apprentice Volume 1, but I’ll give you an idea of how far I’ve progressed. The cover and all the chapter art is done. This alone took me nearly 3 weeks to finish. It’s some of the most detailed work I’ve done and I’m quite proud of it. Chapter 1 is entirely done. Chapter 2 is also finished. I’m hoping that by the end of this week that I’ll have 19 pages of Chapter 3 finished.
My personal goal is to finish some time by the beginning of April. I still don’t know how realistic that is, as this is my goal, not the publishers. If I do finish, that probably means the release date will be this August. But I repeat, there is no official release date just yet. So for those of you asking me about preorders and things like that, still can’t tell you when you can start doing that. As soon as I have something more concrete, I’ll let everyone know.
Now if you’ll excuse me, it’s back to the drawing table.
