Hey my tender lumplings. It’s the beginning of October and everyone gearing up for one of the best holidays of the year: Halloween. But because of all the spooky glory that is my web comic, it’s also Midnight Month! That means all month we’ll be celebrating everything spooky and scary with bonus stuff from Midnight Menagerie. Bonus comics, bonus art and lots of behind the scenes actions.
First off, Midnight Menagerie issue #5 is now available from Comixology. Even if you’ve read chapter 5 already I strongly suggest you purchase it because the Comixology version contains a special bonus comic called The Life and Times of Gary the Tentacle Monster. The comic isn’t available online so the only way to read it is to get the issue. Everyone who’s read it has loved it, so I assure you it’s a purchase worth making.
Second of all, I’m doing Drawlloween on Tumblr. Like Inktober, it’s one of those month-long theme challenges. In addition to the theme provided by the challenge, I’m also incorporating characters from Midnight Menagerie into the art. So if you want to see all the cool drawings, remember to follow me on Tumblr.
Lastly, if you are a Patreon member, starting next week, regardless of level, you will have access to a bunch of info about Midnight Menagerie and some plans I have for the series, as well as many of the influences behind my stories.
