After a nearly five year hiatus, I am pleased to announce The Sorcerer\u2019s Apprentice will be returning in June 2023. There are a lot of reasons why the series had been shelved for so long, but I\u2019m not going to get into it here right now. I always wanted to return to the comic and finish Victoria\u2019s story, especially as things were just starting to get interesting. Sorcerer\u2019s Apprentice was intended to be 40 chapters, and though we kept getting stalled at chapter 16, I was still determined to somehow get the story started again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you\u2019re wondering why it\u2019s not starting back up again until next year and not now, it\u2019s because right now I\u2019m in the middle of three other projects: Midnight Menagerie, continuing my new series The Final Boss\u2019s Son Loves the Protagonist and working on launching my newest series Villains Dress Better. When the pages of Villains Dress Better are completed, I will have the time and bandwidth to not only return to Sorcerer\u2019s Apprentice, but build up enough of a buffer so I can return to the original 3-update a week schedule the series used to have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the meantime, keep checking back for news. I have a lot of upkeep on the site I need to deal with as well, since so many updates on WordPress has rendered a good part of the site unusable. I am also considering uploading the updated pages I used for the print version.
