Last summer, I watched the first season of Black Butler. For the most part I loved the series. I thought the art and animation was beautiful, the characters were beyond awesome and the story intriguing. The only thing I hated was how it ended. But to my delight, they decided to make a second season.
So what do I think so far?
Okay, so Batman Beyond has *finally* come out. It was supposed to come out two weeks ago, but for reasons I don't know, it got delayed by two weeks. So as the BB fangirl that I am, what did I think of the first installment?

Not a whole lot of people know this but I am actually a huge metal junkie (though I've never gone to a concert T_T) and my favorite band is Disturbed.
And I can't get over how freakin' awesome their new single is. Their new song is 'Another Way to Die' which is about how we are destroying our environment.
While it's a very unsubtle song (no analogies or metaphors in this one, folks) it's amazing. The lyrics flow so well and the beat is great, and the way it starts out so soft like 'Memory' really builds up to the ending. The pacing really shows the urgency of the message too. Can't wait for the new album now. And they are coming to my state in another month, but I don't think I can afford it and my luck of winning tickets on the radio is non-existent.
I keep replaying the sound over and over again because I like it so much, but seriously, their music videos tend to be awful ^^; I don't know why, their songs (usually) are really really good, but outside of 'Indestructable' and 'Land of Confusion' their music videos tend to be really uninspired and bland. It will either be just flashes of video or David Draiman singing into the camera. Guys--hire a new art director, please?
Oh Testuya Nomura, why must you torment me so?
As many know, currently the E3 is going on. For those not in the know that means the Electronic Entertainment Expo--the biggest gaming related event in the year.
For this event Testuya Nomura was going to reveal 3 Kingdom Hearts. One was discussed ahead of time: Kingdom Hearts RE:Coded, which is a remake of Kingdom Hearts Coded, the cell phone game released last year. A playable demo of Birth By Sleep was also released, and apparently it was people's choice for PSP games (which makes sense because from what I've heard it's freakin' awesome)
Also at this event was the release of the 3DS, the new system from Nintendo which will be the first to go 3D without the need of glasses. Big deal, awesome graphics, want one like I need air or food. That being said, there is apparently going to be a KH game for the 3DS called Kingdom Hearts 3D. This wasn't just a demonstration trailer, but an actual game.
While I like the idea of a bunch of KH games for the DS (I like portable systems more then tv systems) I am a little annoyed, because I, like most of the fandom want Kingdom Hearts 3. We want a full title, not just another in-between story, and that's what 3D looks like, and I'm getting a little sick of them.
I liked Chain of Memories, both versions (even with the glitchy PS2 game) I thought 358/2 was amazing, I cried so hard at the end of the game. Both games are within the logical canon between KH 1 and 2. I look forward to Birth by Sleep because it's a prequel, explaining the whole Keyblade backstory. However, 3D also looks like it takes place *right* after KH1. I'm not saying you have to jump to KHIII right away, and you can have an in-between game between 2 and 3, like COM was, but seriously, no more KH1 based gameplay X(
Please remember this is from a KH fanatic, not some snarky nitpicky game critic.
