Despite the fact I haven't been very active online this week, I've actually been getting a lot done.
I've wrapped up chapter 20 (finally) of Queen of Games, with next week starting chapter 21. There are only two more chapters left in Duelist Kingdom, and after lots of bumps, sidetracks and delays, it will be nice to finally get the arc done and move on. I've always liked Duelist Kingdom, but I'd be lying if I said it was my favorite arc. The next arc, Battle City will get to be a little big more varied, and I, for the most part, won't have to draw those stupid duel stations anymore. It really limits the camera angles when you have to draw people standing in the same position for 20+ pages.
I've slowed down the sketches and started working on the actual meat and potatoes of the project involving Sorcerer's Apprentice I've briefly mentioned. I've been dragging it out for a while, but with my job ending next week, the start of October very soon and my ink finally back in stock from Akadot, I'll finally be able to move forward with it.
My job will be ending soon and it's a bit sad, but when I have doubts, I take a look at my bank account and realize this is for the best. That and the pain in my joints and eyes.
I'm a bit worried my tendonitis might come back, but I've been breaking out the straps and Icy Hot, so I think I'll be okay.
Goals for next week:
New chapter of Pokemon Rebel
Start Chapter 21 of Queen of Games
Make big progress in my SA project
Get a new tablet
Start working on the prizes and gifts I owe people.
