Black Butler v.5

Black Butler v.5

After several months of being flat broke I'm finally able to start buying my BB volumes again. Amazon had a copy for $6.66 (is it bad that I was amused by this?) so I'm finally able to talk about it.

Follow up:

Volume 5 picked up from where 4 left off, and once again, follows the anime pretty plot exactly except for one key difference. Mina doesn't have her epic meltdown of evil.

However, after the curry contest things pick up again, including the introduction of the Noah's Circus arc. However, before actually going to the circus there is a story where the head of Scotland Yard comes to talk to Ciel, and Agni wants to turn himself in, so Sebastian is forced to keep hiding the guy so he doesn't do anything stupid. It was genuinely hilarious.

I don't know why, but I really wanted to beat Ciel this volume, he came off brattier than normal. I guess it was the fact he wanted Sebastian to fail that irked me the most.

Now soon I'll get volume 6, and start the Noah's Ark Circus!

Welcome to Nerdvana!

This blog is all about me, Bwillett, and the struggles of the daily life of a struggling comic artist and college student. In addition to being an artist and student, I also happen to be an comic book nerd, gaming freak and hardcore Otaku. The title is a reference from the Big Bang Theory, one of my favorite shows.
