Another week, another swath of updates, interruptions, goals, dreams and ideas.

On Monday I worked on my new pages, and again, this week I didn't finish them in time. The pages for next week have more backgrounds than usual, but I still can't figure out what's slowing me down. I manage my time fairly well, I guess I lost some of my speed because of being out of practice for nearly half a year. Another reason was I had to waste time sorting things out with a ComicPress update on Sorcerer's Apprentice. I still have to fix the buttons, but it's very unmotivating to fix something you know can break again with the next update

Tuesday was pretty successful for me. I got loads of Queen of Games pages done, big chunks of a portfolio drawing and learned that I got the job in the craft store, I'm still interviewing for the library position, because I'm debating whether or not to take a second job. In the end I probably won't. Still need time to work on my comics.

Wednesday was a nightmare. Because of problems with the new furnace, we got a guy from the county to come in and help us. But he refused to listen to the words we were saying. Instead he just kept explaining how the furnace was supposed to work, as opposed to how to remedy the problems of the constant cycles, the booming noise and the 15 foot metal pipe acting like a refrigerator coil that has turned my already cold basement into a virtual meatlocker. Got absolutely nothing done.

Thursday then became catch-up day with trying to make up on Queen of Games pages, portfolio pieces and website work. I did finish a portfolio piece, which I think is one of my best images in Photoshop to date. I got up a new strip of 'The Life'. I also got quite a bit done in Queen of Games. I just have to draw 6 more pages for the chapter, do the cover and ink the whole thing.

I'll try to get a bit done today, but today I officially start work, so I'm not entirely sure how much I can get done.

Finish up Queen of Games chapter 19
New strip of 'The Life'
Moar portfolio stuff
