Follow up:
Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories for the GBA was the first KH I ever played. I never beat the game because of Riku (the guy is freakin' impossible) but when I heard they were porting the PS2 version of the game for the rest of the world I was very excited and bought the game. There were three appeals to it: it had targeting, more Axel cutscenes and the legendary secret sleight, Blazing Donald, in glorious 3D.
However, I hit a snag. There is a glitch in RE:COM that prevents it from being saved to anything besides a Sony PS2 8mb memory card--which of course, I didn't have. So almost two years after buying the game I finally get to play it, thanks to finding a 5 dollar memory card on Amazon.
So what do I feel so far?
So far I am still in Traverse Town. First off, that glitch still bugs me, and from what I've heard RE:COM is rather a glitchy game, and that has me a little worried, though beyond the save problem I haven't run into anything so far. The graphics are pretty nice, but they really cut corners with voice acting inside the world rooms. The game is much harder, and the 3D at times seems to be more a hinderence than anything else. Because even with targeting, you don't always hit your opponent.
