This week has had a lot of ups and downs as some things have started to develop in my online situation. I finally left the house after several weeks of hermitage and it's definitely recharged my batteries. I've also been handling a lot of site stuff as my friend is beginning to translate my series into a bunch of languages.
Epic FAIL The Weather. For the past month the weather has been really terrible. Colorado is normally very dry, but recently it's been raining nearly every day. And on Monday we had a doozy of a storm with tornado warnings and really bad hail. We didn't get any tornadoes where I live, but the strawberry patch in my front yard got massacred.
Epic FAIL TV withdrawal. I stand behind my decision not to get a converter box, but with nothing to watch it's been an adjustment.
Epic FAIL Timing. I've been trying to do timing for the new Cardcaptor Sakura sub on Cardcaptor Revolutions, but the software is really screwy. Every time I try to put the subtitles in it always messes things up. And after watching the same clip and same music over and over again for several hours I was just about ready to kill someone
Epic WIN Garage Sales. Went walking today and stopped by a garage sale where I was able to buy Finding Nemo and the Incredibles for 1.50 a piece. T'was awesome
Epic FAIL Wiring. For some reason the light in my room has decided to randomly stop working, so now it's always dark and difficult to do anything in.
Epic WIN Vintage patterns. At the thrift shop my mom found a ton of Vintage 1960s clothing patterns for Barbie, Skipper and Francie. They rock completely XD
Uh-Oh I've been working on my site and I've run into a snag: I'm almost out of webspace! (well, that's what you get when you host 3 comics...) to upgrade means an addition 40 bucks a year. I'm already having issues coming up with the 60 I need to pay for the basic account. I'm gonna have to come up with a solution, and it's probably going to involve begging for money. It's either that or one of my sites has to go down.
