I have been so busy this week, it's not even funny. Truthfully, school vacation means to me not time off, but time to do other things. This week I have updated Queen of Games and Sorcerer's Apprentice, launched the contest, started a project with someone else, cleaned up the living room and my room and went to the art store. And I still have a bunch of things to do before the weekend ends. I did manage to play a little video game time, but not as much as I wanted. Still with such an eventful week, there is quite a bit of stuff in epic win/epic fail
Epic WIN 4.0 for the semester. Hellz yeah goldfish! I knew I was getting As in 3 of my classes, but the A in art and cultural heritage and Adv. 1 was a complete--but pleasant surprise.
Epic FAIL Sore muscles. After cleaning the living room a pulled the muscles in my dominant hand, meaning drawing hurrrt for several days.
Epic FAIL Smart woodpecker is mocking me. Woodpeckers peck things for two reasons: 1, to get to food and 2, to make noise to other woodpeckers to know their territory. And now one of the lil' suckers has figured out to make a ton of noise is to bang on the metal fixtures on my house. So early in the morning to late in night I hear a reverberating 'bang, bang, bang' throughout my house. So we got the idea to throw pinecones at it to scare it off, but this bird happens to be brighter than most. Whenever we come outside it stops banging, but as soon as we go inside it starts banging again.
Epic WIN Frank Loyd Wright LEGO. 'Nuff said.
Teh DRAMA of the Week Nuggets vs. WWE. The Denver Nuggets somehow made it to the finals and scheduled a game on Monday. But back in August of last year the WWE booked the Pepsi center for the same night for Monday Night RAW. They advertised the event for months, sold out of the tickets--but then because the Nuggets made it to the finals Pepsi Center revoked its contract. Now the event is being moved to LA and all the people who bought tickets have to get refunds.
