Stress is Stressful

As is my typical Friday tradition, I will break down this week with Epic Win Epic Fail. But since this weeks was kinda odd, I'm adding a few new categories...

Epic WIN! I got out of class early twice this week, which is awesome because I got to go rest.

Epic FAIL! Final Deadlines approaching. As I had warned in the previous week, I will not be able to do anymore comic updates until after finals. The projects I have are just too much work in order to try to do one, let alone two series at the same time and keep my grades up. To tell you the truth I have been completely exhausted this week with all the extra work I've been putting in. And this weekend I have even more. Here's a break down of the rest of my semester:

--3 tests (Art quiz, Human Factors quiz, Human Factors final * and it's culimiative :'( *)
--3 presentations (Art & Cultural Heritage, Adv. 1 and Human factors {I do a lot for that class})
--An 8 page paper on Isamu Noguchi--done with Chicago Style citation *angst* XX(
--The wheelchair project (solidworks model, powerpoint, *and* presentation board done with Photoshop stuff)
--The radio project (photoworks rendering, and actually have to paint and create the thing)
--Sketchbook (24 pages to go!!!)

and most of that stuff if coming up in the next week. Yay.

Wtf? Burger King commercial. Many of you have probably seen it, it's an advertisement of the fact that they now have SpongeBob toys in their kids meals, but the thing is it's
Using Sir Mixalot's 'baby got back'. It confuses me as it's advertising kids meals, but it obviously is something not for kids. And people say Barbie oversexualizes kids...

This is interesting... On Wednesday these couple of guys were standing by the bus stop:
guy falkes guys

and when I went up and asked them what they were all about they gave me this card:
business card

This second picture is a little blurry, but the card says 'Do you think you are ready for the truth?' and gave the following link: click here. I went to the website and read it. Scary stuff. I've heard of this group before on Deviant Art and I really understand their cause. Still, the whole experience was a bit odd.

OMG! WANT! Through the week I found a whole bunch of clothing items that I would LOVE to have.

Zorc Shirt Sadly they don't have girls sizes...
Rock, Paper, Spock shirt I love Big Bang Theory.
Nobody Shirt Do I need to even explain this one?
Yaoi Pin I just thought this one was cute.

Teh DRAMA of the Week Obama's dog. Yes, the dog is cute, yes it's sorta news but don't talk about it the whole week!

Til next week!

Welcome to Nerdvana!

This blog is all about me, Bwillett, and the struggles of the daily life of a struggling comic artist and college student. In addition to being an artist and student, I also happen to be an comic book nerd, gaming freak and hardcore Otaku. The title is a reference from the Big Bang Theory, one of my favorite shows.
